Our 365Flex policy provides 12 months cover towards the cost of treatment for any accidents or new illnesses. As our most economically priced pet insurance policy, it’s a good place to start if you need pet cover but you’re looking to keep the costs down in the short term.
Please note that any new illnesses or injuries will no longer be covered after the 12-month period, so if you’re looking for lifetime pet insurance, please see our LifetimeFlex policy.
You can choose from £2,500 or £5,000 of vet fee cover alongside a bundle of other benefits. It’s for pet owners looking for reassurance or help with unexpected vet bills over a 12 month period.

Vet fee cover choose from £2.5k or £5k
Choose from vet fee cover of £2,500 or £5,000 per condition, for 12 months.
Up to £1m third party liability
Cover to help with the legal side of things should your dog injure someone or cause damage to a third party’s property (dogs only).
Advertising & reward costs
Choose the level of vet fee cover that suits your pet’s needs, replenished every year you renew.
Pet helplines
You’ll get access to a number of pet helplines. Whether you need help with counselling or pet legal matters, we’re here to offer a helping paw.
Boarding & kennel fee cover
If you become unwell and staying in hospital for 4+ days, we’ll pay towards the costs of your pet minder, kennels or cattery.
Emergency treatment abroad
We’ll help you with expenses (for things such as accommodation or transport) should your pet become ill or injured while you’re abroad.
Holiday cancellation cover
If your pet became ill and you needed to cancel or cut short a planned holiday, you could recover your financial losses.
Complementary treatment
