What we do and why Our lawful basis
Send you the latest information tailored to you and your pet to keep you in the loop. The choice is yours but it’s important for us to stay connected with you.
Review and respond to a query submitted via our ‘Contact Us’ page so we can answer your query. We only do this if you choose to submit a query.

For all other services on our website, such as requesting/retrieving an insurance quote, calling any of the customer care telephone numbers and use of the live chat, Insurance Factory Ltd are the data controller. A copy of their privacy policy can be found here.

Personal information is also used for things like testing out IT systems, research, data analysis, improving our site and developing new products and services. Don’t worry though, this is all anonymised and aggregated so you aren’t identifiable.

Email us and ask to be removed from our mailing list.

If you’ve asked us to stop sending any kind of marketing, please be patient so that we can update all of our systems so you may receive messages from us whilst we process your request.

If you decide to opt-out of marketing messages and you are a policyholder, please be aware that you will still receive ‘service communications’ from Insurance Factory Ltd.

WHERE YOUR DATA IS STORED

All of the personal information we process is stored in the UK. Therefore, we can guarantee that your data will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation. It’s important for us to be transparent with you so if this were ever to change, this would be communicated with you appropriately.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
